1. Product Information and Pricing

  • Engineered Precision: ZEVOLVE designs and manufactures engineered Made-in-India ergonomic workspaces, including electric height-adjustable desks.

  • Pricing Structure: Premium ergonomic desks are priced between ₹20,000 and ₹45,000.

  • Innovations: Our products may include precision lift systems, smart motor control, and integrated air-quality sensing.

  • Future Updates: We reserve the right to introduce future revenue streams, such as under-desk treadmills and smart health-app integrations, which will be subject to these terms upon launch.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Sales Channels: Orders are primarily processed through the ZEVOLVE website (D2C), though we may also operate via authorized e-commerce platforms and corporate partnerships.

  • Payment Completion: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Location: We operate out of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

  • Fulfillment: As our products are engineered for local manufacturing, we aim for scalable and efficient delivery within India.

  • Verification: While initial manufacturing feasibility has been validated, delivery timelines may vary based on component sourcing and vendor development.

4. Limited Warranty and Engineering Support

  • Coverage: ZEVOLVE provides a warranty on the core engineering components, including the precision lift system, motor control electronics, and smart control display.

  • Technical Support: Customers have access to direct engineering support for structural engineering and motor control firmware issues.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper assembly by the user, exceeding weight capacities, or unauthorized electronic modifications.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

  • Workspace Health: While ZEVOLVE products are designed to mitigate health risks associated with sedentary work, they are productivity tools and not medical devices.

  • Environmental Sensors: Air-quality sensing features are provided for informational awareness and should not be relied upon as the sole indicator of workspace safety.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Proprietary Design: All product architecture, electronics systems, and lift mechanism designs are the intellectual property of ZEVOLVE and its engineering team.

  • Brand Assets: The ZEVOLVE name, logo, and "Designed To Move You!" slogan are protected trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZEVOLVE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our engineered desk systems beyond the repair or replacement value of the functional prototype or product delivered.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically held in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
